These Terms of Use govern your use of thefinalcallback.com and casting applications submitted through The Final Callback.

Please read these Terms before using our services. If you submit an application, you will be asked to confirm your acceptance.

1. About The Final Callback

The Final Callback connects actors and emerging talent with opportunities to be considered for film and other production roles.

Our website provides casting information, application facilities, and communications relating to auditions and callbacks.

Submitting an application does not guarantee an audition, callback, role, employment, representation, compensation, or participation in a production.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to submit through our general online application process.

For casting involving minors, a parent or legal guardian must contact us first and complete any separately required consent process.

Applicants must meet the requirements stated for the relevant role. Any work authorisation, permits, or other production requirements will be addressed as appropriate before engagement.

3. Accurate Applications

You agree to provide accurate information about your identity, experience, skills, availability, and eligibility.

You must not impersonate another person, submit someone else’s materials without permission, or misrepresent your professional experience.

We may request clarification or supporting information where reasonably necessary to assess an application.

4. Your Submission Materials

You retain ownership of the materials you submit.

By submitting materials, you give The Final Callback non-exclusive permission to receive, store, copy, review, and share them with authorised casting and production personnel for evaluating and administering relevant casting opportunities.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit your photographs, videos, recordings, résumé, and other content.

This permission does not authorise unrelated advertising, public promotional use, commercial exploitation, or AI training using your materials.

Any public promotional use requires separate permission where applicable.

5. Casting Decisions and Changes

Casting decisions are made by the relevant authorised casting and production team, taking account of the requirements of the role.

Roles, deadlines, filming dates, locations, and production plans may change or be cancelled. We will communicate material changes to affected applicants where reasonably practicable.

We cannot promise individual feedback on every application.

6. Auditions and Expenses

Follow the instructions provided for each audition, including submission deadlines and technical requirements.

Before arranging travel or incurring expenses, confirm the audition details with the authorised contact.

Travel, accommodation, preparation costs, and other expenses are reimbursed only where agreed in writing.

Any fee for a separately offered service must be disclosed before purchase. Paying for a service does not guarantee a casting outcome.

7. Offers and Separate Agreements

An audition invitation or callback is not an offer of employment or a confirmed role.

Any engagement will be subject to a separate agreement covering relevant matters such as compensation, scheduling, performance obligations, recording rights, and production requirements.

These website Terms do not replace a performer agreement, employment agreement, representation agreement, or release.

8. Conduct and Website Use

You must not:

• Submit unlawful, threatening, abusive, misleading, or infringing material.
• Harass applicants, team members, or production personnel.
• Upload malware or attempt unauthorised access.
• Collect other people’s personal information without permission.
• Disrupt the website or misuse its application process.

We may reject submissions or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect others, or comply with law.

9. Audition Scripts and Confidential Materials

Where audition scripts or production materials are identified as confidential, use them only to prepare and complete the authorised audition.

Do not publish, distribute, or commercially use confidential materials without permission. Any additional confidentiality agreement will be provided separately.

10. Website Content

Our branding, website text, graphics, photographs, and other content belong to The Final Callback or their respective owners.

You may view website content for personal use. Other copying, distribution, or commercial use requires permission unless otherwise permitted by law.

11. Third-Party Services

Links to external websites or platforms are provided for convenience. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Availability and Responsibility

We take reasonable care in operating the website, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every casting notice will remain current.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website interruptions or an unsuccessful application.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and application materials.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our services develop. The revised version will show a new date, and additional notice will be provided where required.

Updates do not retrospectively change a separate agreement already entered into.
